This is a Jackson Chameleon photographed at Kula gardens in Maui. Someone surely must have based cartoon or animated characters on this little guys face as his eyes are hilarious and really express emotion. As for him being a Mr Jackson we know because of his 3 horns hence the scientific name Triceros Chameleon.
