After a heavy period of rain, a low lying area in the desert filled with water. I was walking my dog around dusk near Peralta road in Gold Canyon and spotted this mirror image of the saguaro cactus...I scurried home to get my tripod and returned just as the sun was setting to the last colors of the day.
I chose to live in an underground home in Gold Canyon, Arizona because I care about the environment and want to live in harmony with nature. It is an ideal location for a nature photographer, magic light dances off the nearby Superstition Mountains and dark desert skies are perfect making for star trail and lightning photos. In addition to a 40 yr. love affair capturing Arizona beauty, a dash of international travel adds diversity to my photo collection. By experiencing different countries I am continually reminded of the oneness that flows thru all life. I allow grace to guide me in capturing life's precious moments. I often find that by just being with the "what is", I am blessed with amazing photo opportunities. I love to remind...
