This wonderfully playful saguaro cactus was located months ago before the saguaro cactus were ready to bloom. Returning to it this May I was thrilled to capture its bouquet before the desert birds and rodents devout them.
About Joanne West
I chose to live in an underground home in Gold Canyon, Arizona because I care about the environment and want to live in harmony with nature. It is an ideal location for a nature photographer, magic light dances off the nearby Superstition Mountains and dark desert skies are perfect making for star trail and lightning photos.
